Job Details:
- Provide anesthesia services including general anesthesia, MAC, spinals, and epidurals across multiple surgical specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, plastics, OBGYN, endoscopy, and bronchoscopy
- Full-time schedule offered as either 5 x 8-hour shifts or 4 x 10-hour shifts
- Administer general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma patients
- Perform spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
- Manage obstetrical, neurosurgical (head and spine), open heart, thoracic, complex vascular, and complex orthopedic cases
- Provide pain management techniques including post-op epidural and extremity blocks
- Perform epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical regions, including transforaminal approaches
- Utilize x-ray guidance in the performance of blocks
- Manage ventilation and evaluate and manage acute volume and blood pressure issues
- Place central lines, arterial lines, and PA catheters
- Provide CRNA supervision as required
- Active Pennsylvania license required - no IMLC accepted
- Board certification required with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 60-120 days
