Summary
The Executive Director, Manufacturer Contracting & Trade Relations is responsible for SPS Health's pharmaceutical manufacturer contracting strategy and commercial trade operations.
This role serves as the primary owner of direct manufacturer agreements and is accountable for the full contract lifecycle including opportunity identification, contracting strategy, NDA/CDA coordination, pricing and rebate structures, agreement negotiations, legal review, execution, renewal management, and ongoing commercial relationship management.
The position partners closely with Clinical Strategy leadership to leverage LTC market expertise and ensure commercial agreements are aligned with SPS Health's strategic objectives.

Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Life Science, or related field, and at least ten plus (10+) years of related experience within pharmaceutical manufacturers, market access, trade relations, healthcare services, pharmacy, GPO, or related healthcare sectors.

Work Environment
This position may be based remotely with preference for candidates willing to work hybrid local to SPS Health's Milwaukee, WI, Denver, CO, or Raleigh, NC offices. Regular travel is required, including regular monthly travel for manufacturer meetings, conferences, and internal leadership meetings. The term "regular travel" means approximately 40% of the time on job will require travel, which includes air, car, as well as overnight hotel stays.
