Position Overview:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on care planning & crisis support while leading clinical strategy, program development, & service innovation for a growing nonprofit organization in Iowa
• Act as part of the executive leadership team to design & implement evidence-based, trauma-informed care models primarily for adolescent patients
• Provide consultation, mentorship, & guidance to clinical teams
• 20% direct patient care providing medication management & clinical understanding
• Up to 5 weeks' vacation & relocation stipend
• Starting salary of $150K-$175K+, negotiable

Qualifications:

• Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• 3+ years leadership or program development and prior management of direct reports preferred
• Experience with youth, families, or high-risk populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills
