Your Practice

You'll care for adiverse and complex surgical population across multiple UCHealth hospitals andambulatory surgery centers throughout Southern Colorado. Our broad case mixprovides an engaging clinical practice while allowing physicians to developareas of special interest.

Compensation & Benefits

UCHealth offers ahighly competitive compensation package designed to support physiciansthroughout every stage of their careers.

Highlights include:

• Competitive guaranteed base salary starting at $520,000 annually, withsignificant earning potential beyond base compensation. Additionalproductivity, call, and weekend shift incentives provide the opportunity toearn up to $700,000 or more annually.
• Additional quality incentive bonus of up to $30,000 annually.
• $60,000 starting bonus plus relocation assistance for qualifiedcandidates.
• Eight weeks of paid time off annually, in addition to paid family andmedical leave (including Colorado FAMLI). Physicians begin employment withcontractual time off based on FTE status.
• Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental,vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and dependent coverage.
• Retirement savings options, including a 403(b) with employer matchingcontributions and a 457(b) plan for eligible physicians.
