HVAC Project Manager (2-5 Years Experience)

Altair Enterprises Corp. is a growing commercial HVAC contractor seeking an organized and motivated Project Manager with 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple commercial HVAC projects from award through closeout.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and general contractors.
Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, change orders, and equipment procurement.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
Attend project meetings and perform periodic job site visits.
Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress to management.
Assist with project closeout, commissioning, and punch list completion.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in commercial construction project management or project coordination.
HVAC or mechanical construction experience is preferred.
HVAC field worker or service tech encouraged to apply
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Valid driver's license.
Compensation
$90,000-$120,000 annually, based on experience.
