Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated Journeyman Electricians. The jobsites are on military bases and require access; Real ID, Background screening, drug screening. The primary job function is installing electrical duct banks.
Responsibilities
- Install, connect, test, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Read and interpret complex electrical schematics and construction blueprints to ensure precise installation and maintenance
- Use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other specialized equipment to diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs efficiently
- Ensure all work adheres to NEC standards, safety protocols, and local building codes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Skills
- Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems in construction settings
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate installation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with NEC standards and schematic interpretation
- Experience working on outdoor construction sites with a focus on safety procedures and compliance standards
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools
