HVAC Service Technician
Exton, PA
$25.00-$45.00 per hour + Overtime Full-Time Permanent

Our client, a respected and growing HVAC contractor serving the Main Line and surrounding areas, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their team. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Service gas furnaces, heat pumps, central air conditioners, mini-splits, boilers, and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
- Explain repair recommendations and system performance to customers
- Complete service reports and work orders using mobile technology
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage truck inventory
- Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- EPA Universal Certification preferred (Type II or Universal accepted)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits
