Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
- Follow all safety protocols and production procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred (training available)
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
