Experience in manufacturing, powder coating, or industrial production environments (1+ year preferred) is the most important qualification for this role.

Job Type Temp-to-hire Job Summary The Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by preparing, coating, and assembling metal enclosures and components used in industrial power systems. Job Duties
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating
- Apply powder coating using spray equipment
- Load and unload materials and components
- Assist with assembly of enclosures and equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
Pay $16.00-18.00/hourly experienced base pay Schedule Monday - Friday
11:00pm- 7:00am Experience or Skills Requirements
- 1+ year manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience with powder coating or painting a plus
- Ability to lift, move, and handle metal parts
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
