About the Role:

As an Embroiderer within the manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality embroidered textiles and garments that meet precise design specifications. Your expertise will ensure that embroidery projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional craftsmanship, contributing directly to the aesthetic and functional value of the final products. You will work closely with design and production teams to interpret patterns and instructions, utilizing both manual and machine embroidery techniques. Attention to detail and consistency are paramount, as your work impacts customer satisfaction and brand reputation. Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sewing and embroidery, including machine embroidery techniques.
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain punctuality in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic proficiency with Google Suite for documentation and reporting purposes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal training or certification in textile arts, embroidery, or a related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting with production targets.
• Familiarity with advanced embroidery machines and software.
• Knowledge of quality control processes specific to textile manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce detailed and accurate designs on various textiles.

• Document production details and report progress using Microsoft Office Word or other relevant software.
