Assesses the efficiency of employees, provides fair feedback on a regular basis, and continuously works with employees on their areas of development. Monitors acceptable employee performance and documents situations that require or could lead to disciplinary or corrective action. Assures compliance with company policies, practices and procedures. Responsible for controlling cost in assigned department. Compliance with local, state and federal laws, regulations and guidelines. Drives bi-weekly / weekly food and liquor inventories at the AD/GM's request and is accountable for completion. Responsible for preparing and submitting accurate daily paperwork. Assures sanitation standards meet or exceed Health Department and Flynn Applebee's standards. Provides a role model for managers and employees. Develops self on all store related technology. Must be willing and able to work in all positions and assist in a team member position as needed when in a restaurant. This includes cooking on the line, expo, seating guests, bartending, etc. Uses the Management Development Program for continuous growth of leadership skills and proficiencies.
