We are in search of a electrician assistant & electricians to join our team. Our scope of work is mainly Agricultural (Wiring Hog, Chicken & Turkey Houses). We are located off of the Greene County line on Hwy 13. The starting pay is $15 - $20 depending on knowledge and experience. This job is labor intensive and outside.
We Require that you possess:
- A clean driving record and valid drivers license
- A positive attitude with the eagerness to go above and beyond
- A willingness to learn and apply knowledge
- Ability to detect safety hazards within the building and communicate with appropriate staff as well as follow all mandated safety requirements.
Travel:
- Prefer candidates to live within a 30 mile radius of the company.
- Must have reliable transportation to the company
Responsiblilies:
- Must have clean driving record and NC drivers license to drive company trucks to/from job sites.
- Assist electrician in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as running conduit, pulling wire and mounting devices.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and making necessary repairs.
- Maintain equipment, tools and work area in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- No illegal drug use
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Familiarity with electrical tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detain and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
