Escrow Processor
Key Responsibilities
- Open and process new escrow and title files upon receipt of executed contracts
- Review purchase contracts and lender instructions for accuracy and completeness
- Order and track title commitments, payoffs, HOA documents, tax certificates, and other required items
- Clear title requirements and resolve title issues in coordination with escrow officers and underwriters
- Communicate proactively with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal teams regarding file status
- Manage deadlines to ensure timely closings and fundings
- Review files for accuracy prior to closing and disbursement
- Assist with post-closing tasks, including recording follow-up and policy issuance
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Title or Escrow Processor preferred
- Colorado Notary
- Strong knowledge of residential real estate transactions and escrow processes
- Familiarity with title insurance, settlement procedures, and lender requirements
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in title/escrow software systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Work Environment
- Office-based
- Full-time position with standard business hours 8-5, Monday through Friday
