Job Description: Sous Chef
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a strong kitchen leadership role (upscale or fine dining experience strongly preferred).
- Solid culinary foundation with a passion for innovation, quality, and hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all back-of-house operations.
- Manage daily food preparation, production, and service to ensure consistency and quality.
- Train, mentor, and develop culinary team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate on menu development, seasonal offerings, and new culinary initiatives.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Monitor inventory, food costs, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen culture.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing culinary talent.
- Partner with restaurant leadership to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
