(Ft. Worth): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Machine Operator to operate a variety of production equipment in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining quality standards and meeting daily production goals. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial machinery, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Essential Duties:
Operate one or more of the following machines: 12' Press Brake, 20' Press Brake, Messer Oxy Fuel Burn Table, Messer Plasma, Controlled Automation Burn Drill Table, Python Robotic Plasma Machine, Engraver Machine, and 60' PULLMAX Press.
Monitor machine performance to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operation.
Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through proper housekeeping practices.
Meet daily production goals while adhering to quality and safety requirements.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervision promptly.
Assist with additional production duties as assigned.
Requirements/Skills:
Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment preferred.
Experience operating Press Brakes, burn tables, plasma machines, robotic plasma machines, or similar equipment preferred.
Familiarity with Peddinghaus machines is a plus.
Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
Basic math skills required.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and production specifications.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb as necessary.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and moving equipment.
Ability to safely operate heavy industrial machinery while maintaining awareness of surroundings.
