Responsibilities:
Operating saw machines
Must be able to read a tape Measure
Using hand and power tools
Appropriate materials and tools to perform quality cuts of various metals such as aluminum, carbon steel, alloys
Follow detail instructions for correct dimensions
Inspecting completed work for quality and specifications at first piece and final cutting
Perform minor machine maintenance such oil machines or work pieces
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fabrication shop environment
Experience with various saw machines, tools and equipment for cutting metals such as aluminum, carbon steel, alloys a plus
Able to follow custom dimensions/specifications
Good math skills to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions
Hours:
Monday through Friday -7am - 3:30pm
The pay is up to $20.00 an hour based on experience
