ATC West is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon looking for predictable, recurring monthly coverage with no scheduled clinic responsibilities.
Position Highlights

- Ongoing monthly coverage
- Choose one of the following schedules:
- One week per month: Monday 7:00 AM Monday 7:00 AM
- OR two weekends per month: Friday 7:00 AM Monday 7:00 AM
- No scheduled outpatient clinic responsibilities
- Inpatient consults, emergency department consults, and call coverage only
- Cover the employed vascular surgeon during scheduled time off
Practice Details
- 24-hour call (7:00 AM 7:00 AM)
- Inpatient rounding required
- Infrequent call-ins; many consults can be managed by phone
- No elective procedures
- Perform urgent and emergent vascular procedures as needed while on call
- Dedicated OR team available for support
Patient Population
- Adult patients only
- Urgent and emergent vascular surgery cases
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
- Ohio medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) preferred
- Current DEA
- Last two years of vascular surgery case logs required
- Comfortable providing independent call coverage
