We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team servicing luxury apartment complexes. This role involves maintaining high standards of HVAC system performance through routine inspections, repairs, and installations to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough system inspections and preventive maintenance
• Perform repairs and equipment installations efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Interact professionally with residents to address HVAC issues
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and replace defective parts
• Respond promptly to emergency HVAC situations
• Promote energy-efficient operation of HVAC systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC maintenance
