OnSite Staffing Coordinator
Pay rate: up to$27- 28/hr
Hours: 6am - 4pm, Monday-Friday, weekends as needed. Also, seeking flexibility with on-call duty if/ when needed in rare cases
Summary
We are seeking a high-energy Staffing Specialist with a background in logistics or production/manufacturing environments to join our team. This is a client-facing role that requires a unique blend of "boots-on-the-ground" production knowledge and sophisticated data analysis. You won't just be filling seats; you will be using metrics to optimize workforce efficiency and maintaining high-level relationships with our key clients.
Will manage the assignment of approx 30-50 employees and monitor smaller clients as well, which may add another 15-30 contractors depending on the season.
Must be able to work independently and communicate directly with the customer RE productivity and staffing needs.
Must be able to take on an "on-call" duty if/when needed.
Responsibilities
Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Excel to track hiring funnels, turnover rates, and time-to-fill metrics. Provide weekly data reports to leadership to drive strategy.
Production Partnership: Spend time on the production floor to understand specific labor needs, safety requirements, and workflow bottlenecks.
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular "pulse check" meetings to ensure staffing levels meet production goals.
High-Volume Sourcing: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for production, skilled trades, and general labor roles.
Compliance & Detail: Maintain meticulous records for I-9s, background checks, and drug screenings, ensuring 100% audit readiness.
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience:
Seeking 2+ years experience within a staffing role, ideally from a warehousing/logistics or production/manufacturing environment.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) prefered
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and use it to solve staffing shortages or retention issues.
Communication: Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to "speak the language" of both corporate executives and floor associates.
Maturity & Detail: A high level of attention to detail regarding payroll accuracy and employment law.
Preferred Skills
1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
2. Experience managing a flexible workforce or temporary-to-permanent pipelines
