What You'll Do

As a Member Service Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members by providing personalized financial solutions and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting members with checking, savings, certificate, IRA, trust, and estate accounts
• Helping members apply for consumer loans, mortgage loans, home equity products, credit cards, and overdraft protection
• Providing guidance on financial products and services to meet members' needs
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services
• Supporting branch operations, including vault and ATM balancing procedures when needed
• Maintaining compliance with banking regulations and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.42 - $21.42/hr.
