Small Description:
Manufacturing Operator I responsible for operating computer-controlled manufacturing equipment, performing inspections, completing production documentation, and following GMP, SOP, ISO, and FDA compliance requirements in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

This role is in a cleanroom environment. Candidates will need to gown up to perform their everyday work.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate computer-controlled manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
Perform dimensional and visual inspections according to specifications and requirements.
Complete manufacturing tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines.
Accurately record production data, quality inspection results, and training records.
Perform basic troubleshooting and support machine operations.
Maintain compliance with company, safety, ISO, FDA, and regulatory requirements.
Work in a cleanroom environment while following gowning procedures.
Perform measurements using inspection tools and gauges.
Skills:
Manufacturing and production operations experience.
Machine operation experience preferred.
Cleanroom experience preferred.
Computer-controlled equipment operation.
Basic mechanical and computer skills.
Basic troubleshooting skills.
Inspection and measurement skills.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic math skills including calculations with decimals and percentages.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualification:
High School Diploma or GED required.
0-3 years of experience in Production, Operations, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
Experience in GMP or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience with medical products manufacturing preferred.
Precision machining experience preferred.
Experience with equipment such as Citizen Lathes, Haas Grinders, Sunnen Hone, Centerless Grinders, or Fanuc Robotics preferred.
