Comfortable with operating computers, software, and online ordering platforms. A valid driver's license is required. Requires frequent travel between properties, including overnight travel, as needed. Responsibilities Repairing, maintaining, and installing various plumbing systems and fixtures in all types of structures (mostly multifamily residential). Coordinating with project managers and other construction professionals on a jobsite. Reading building plans and installing according to design specifications. Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing codes, OSHA, and Company policies. Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work. Estimating time and costs for project bidding. Responding to plumbing emergencies, including after hours as needed. Performing regular maintenance of plumbing systems. Assisting maintenance team members as needed. Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
