Team Lead- Inventory Control/Production Support -2nd shift

Description: Wright Manufacturing, Inc. (WMI), an award winning producer of commercial grade lawn equipment, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our second shift Inventory Control and Production Support Team in the Internal Logistics Department. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective execution of responsibilities assigned to the 2nd shift Internal Logistics Group (ILG); supporting the Team in prioritizing and fulfilling the needs of the Assembly Team daily. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, earning overtime at time and one half for hours worked over 40 hours per week. Schedule is typically Monday through Friday 4:00 PM-12:30 AM. This role involves operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to produce precision aerospace components while maintaining quality and safety standards.
