Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Aftermarket Spares Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. This onsite role will involve a combination of technical ability, analysis, and business acumen to drive the growth of our company through existing partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess motivation, self-starter, technical knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support business and customer goals. The role will consist of preparing proposals, processing of purchase orders, and coordinating shipment. Additionally, identification of the correct replacement part(s) and/or solution, compose all costs and analyze/prepare a final proposal.

Key Skills:

  1. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and/or prints.
  2. Consistent communication with status updates and prompt responses for customer inquiries.
  3. Execute sales process from quotation to shipment while working with other teams as required.
  4. Serve as the bridge between the customer and other functional areas to satisfy customer requests.
  5. Ability to balance existing and new inquiries.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft suite.
  7. Ensure objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.
  8. Manage risks and proactively resolve any challenges that arise during the process.
  9. Desire to exceed expectations.

Other Attributes:

  1. Hydraulic, Mechanical or Electrical experience on complex machines, a plus.
  2. Ability to work autonomously and consistently follow up, a must.
