Professional Truck & Trailer Repairs is looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional service experience while helping keep our shop running efficiently. You'll work closely with customers, technicians, the Shop Foreman, and the Parts Department to ensure repairs are completed on time and communicated clearly.

Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor, you will:
- Welcome customers and schedule repair appointments
- Create repair orders and accurate repair estimates
- Communicate repair recommendations and obtain customer approvals
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Coordinate daily workflow with the Shop Foreman and technicians
- Order and coordinate parts with the Parts Department
- Prepare invoices and process customer payments
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and service history
- Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships with commercial fleet customers and owner-operators
- Help maximize shop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Customer service or Service Advisor experience (preferred)
- Experience in heavy-duty truck, trailer, automotive, or fleet maintenance industries (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shop management software
- Ability to understand repair estimates and maintenance recommendations
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- A desire to provide outstanding customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of diesel trucks and trailers
- Experience with commercial fleet customers
- Experience with Fullbay, Mitchell 1, Decisiv, or similar shop software
- Bilingual English/Russian or English/Spanish
