Qualifications

• Minimum

3+ years of HVAC service experienceEPA Certification requiredStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilitiesExperience servicing heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, and split systemsAbility to work independently and manage service calls efficientlyExcellent customer service and communication skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPreferred Qualifications

• Residential service experience - install experience a plusNATE Certification (preferred but not required)Experience with indoor air quality products and accessoriesAbility to present repair and replacement options to homeownersStrong understanding of HVAC electrical and refrigeration systems
