ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as an Assistant County Prosecutor and attorney. That background helped shape my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for helping people through important decisions and challenges.

I attended John Carroll University and earned my law degree from Cleveland State University College of Law. Im married with three children and enjoy traveling and spending time with family outside of work. Giving back is a major priority for me. Im heavily involved in charitable organizations focused on feeding the homeless and recently helped support an effort that packaged 250,000 meals for people in need. Serving the community and helping others is a core part of who we are as an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for STEVEN MCINTOSH - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
