About the Role

We service and maintain:

• Residential furnaces, air conditioners
• Heat pumps and minisplits
• Communicating and advanced control systems

This position is ideal for:

• Experienced residential service technicians

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Communicate findings clearly with customers and deliver a 5-star experience
• Complete electronic invoicing, forms, and job documentation
• Uphold company policies and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC experience
• EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and some rooftop comfortability
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• Standard weekday schedule
• Rotating on-call availability
