As a Door-to-Door Sales Consultant, you'll own your success by generating your leads through targeted neighborhood canvassing and creative outreach efforts. You'll guide homeowners through the entire process: product demonstrations, project evaluations, estimates, and closing the sale with confidence.
This is a true self-starter role - the harder you work, the more you earn!
What You'll Do:
- Represent Mountain West Windows and Doors with professionalism and energy.
- Knock doors, canvas neighborhoods, and generate leads through strategic outreach.
- Guide customers through in-home consultations, including product demonstrations, project proposals, and contract completion.
- Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Track your progress and customer interactions through CRM tools.

What You'll Need:
- Flexibility to work prime customer interaction hours (4-8 PM required).
- High energy, self-discipline, and willingness to hit the pavement daily.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus but not required).
- Previous outside sales or canvassing experience preferred.
- Must pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening (including THC).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Proficient in working with technology - CRM systems, email, and mobile apps will be part of your daily success.
