GENERAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 4 years industry related experience preferred.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a 4-year college or technical school / trade school, including 4 years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be able to read and interpret technical documents / drawings, follow routers, and use basic handheld measuring tools.
Computer literacy required: Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Power Point, Word and Data Base software / Crystal Reports. Spring Design Software tools.
People Management, Analyzing Information, Reporting Research Results, Technical Understanding, Promoting Process Improvement, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Dealing with Complexity, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing
LANGUAGE ANDMATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Demonstrate college level reading, math and comprehension skills. Demonstrates the ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-workers, departments, supervisors, customers and vendors as required.

The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas were under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as Safety Glasses with Side Shields and mandatory hearing protection. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work performed in a Quality Laboratory / Plant/Manufacturing Shop environment.
WILL BE REQUIRED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS REQUESTED, DIRECTED OR ASSIGNED BY DEPARTMENT MANAGERS / OWNER.
