In-Office Procedures:
- Occipital nerve blocks
- Botox for chronic migraine & spasticity
- VNS adjustments
- DBS programming
- EMG/NCS
- Outpatient EEGs (performed by experienced neurology nurse)
Compensation & Benefits
- $350k base with productivity bonus
