What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners.
  • Present product options and solutions tailored to your clients' needs, budgets, and design preferences.
  • As the sole designer at this location, you'll take ownership of the entire process-proactively seeking new customers, showcasing the showroom, presenting design ideas, preparing quotes, ordering products, and managing sales through to completion.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the kitchen, bath, or home improvement industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build trust, present ideas clearly, and close deals effectively.
  • Knowledgeable & Professional: Familiarity with kitchen and bath products, trends, and design principles is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive attitude with the ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline.

Salary range: $60,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is eligible for commission as well.
