• Position: Locum Tenens CRNA - General Anesthesia
• Location: Sumter, South Carolina
• Location Highlights: Welcoming Midlands setting with local charm, a relaxed pace of life, and convenient access to regional amenities
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 21, 2026
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5 shifts per week, with 8-hour shifts preferred
• Shift Duration: 8-hour night shifts
• Weekly Hours: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $8,640-$9,100
• Practice Setting: Acute care environment
• Patient Population: Pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients
• Case Mix: Bread-and-butter general anesthesia; no hearts, neuro, or OB
• Daily Case Load: Approximately 15-30 patients per day
• EMR: Epic EMR

CRNA Job Requirements

• Current NBCRNA certification
• At least 2 years of CRNA experience
• South Carolina CRNA license preferred; candidates eligible for licensure may also be considered
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Clean malpractice history
• Comfortable caring for pediatric patients
• Epic EMR experience is helpful

CRNA Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care within a medical direction model
• Support general anesthesia cases in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
• Deliver safe, efficient care for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients
• Maintain smooth workflow while managing a steady daily case load of approximately 15-30 patients per day
• Document accurately in Epic EMR and collaborate closely with the anesthesia care team
