The average rep here makes $8,000 to $10,000 a month in commission and bonuses. But we are not average, and we are not looking for average. If you think of yourself as average, this is not the job for you.
ABOUT WE BUY PROPERTY LLC
We are a Pittsburgh based real estate investment company. We help homeowners in tough situations sell their house fast for cash. That includes foreclosure, inherited homes, vacant homes, houses that need major repairs, divorce, and relocation. We buy as is, with no agent fees. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You are the first voice sellers hear and the person who gets deals signed.
- Take inbound and transferred phone leads and qualify the seller, their situation, their timeline, and the property
- Make 100 or more calls a day on an auto dialer and handle objections with confidence
- Build real rapport and treat a seller's problem as something you can solve
- Put together cash offers using our in house comp tool (usually 60 to 70 percent of after repair value, minus repairs)
- Set the final call with our CEO to close the deal
- Log every call, offer, and outcome in our CRM (Go High Level)
- Work with our transaction coordinator on photos, video, and buyer paperwork
- Hit your monthly call and conversion targets and track your own numbers
- Take coaching from the CEO and put it to work right away
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2 or more years of phone sales or commission sales (real estate, wholesale, HVAC, solar, insurance, auto, or anything similar)
- Comfortable making 100 or more calls a day and staying sharp through rejection
- A strong listener who asks good questions and can close on the phone
- Some real estate knowledge is a plus (ARV, assignment fees, wholesale), but we will teach you the rest
- Comfortable with CRM software and quick to pick up new tools
- Local to the Pittsburgh area or willing to relocate. Knowing Allegheny, Washington, Beaver, Westmoreland, Armstrong, or Butler county is a plus
- Reliable transportation, coachable, and hungry
- No college degree needed. We hire people who can close.
PAY (COMMISSION ONLY, 1099)
- This is a 100 percent commission job with no cap, and a draw option. The draw is an advance of 30 to 50 percent of your projected monthly commission, paid back out of future commissions. You are a 1099 independent contractor and responsible for your own taxes. We issue a Form 1099 NEC.
- Commission runs from 10 percent to 20 percent of net profit as your deal profit grows, plus volume bonuses up to 2 percent
- As a company we average 8 to 12 deals a month, with about $10,000 average profit per deal
- Real numbers: 6 deals is about $7,590 a month. 8 deals is about $10,560 a month. 11 deals is about $15,730 a month
- Strong reps earn $90,000 to $150,000 or more a year
- A draw is available while you ramp up. First close is usually 45 to 90 days out
SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
- Hybrid, 2 to 3 days a week in our Southside Pittsburgh office
- The first 2 weeks of training are in person, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Monday to Friday with occasional saturdays on per need basis (primarily only a few hours)

You are motivated by money and you like the chase. You actually care about helping sellers, not just closing them. You learn fast, take feedback well, shake off rejection, and keep good records. You want a job where what you earn comes down to how hard and how smart you work.
