What You'll Earn

$75,000 - $145,000+ per year

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
• Educate homeowners so they can make informed decisions
• Communicate with dispatch, install teams, managers, and parts department
• Keep company vehicle clean and fully stocked
• Complete paperwork accurately using mobile technology
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Continue developing your technical skills through ongoing training

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Clean driving record
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• Honest, dependable, and team-oriented
