About the Role:
This is an on-site position Estimator / Planner plays a key role in ensuring our manufacturing programs are accurately scoped, properly resourced, and executed on schedule. This position is responsible for developing detailed cost estimates and production plans that align with engineering requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and customer expectations.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality to translate technical requirements into realistic schedules and budgets. Your ability to analyze data, understand processes, and anticipate risks will directly support program success, cost control, and on-time delivery.
We are a small, fast-paced aerospace company, so this role goes beyond traditional estimating and planning. The right candidate is adaptable, takes ownership, and is comfortable contributing wherever needed across the organization.
