Skills / Requirements
- Advanced Carpentry & Trades: Ability to perform high-quality finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall/painting, tiling, and basic plumbing/electrical updates.
- Scope & Estimates: Proficiency in reading project scopes, diagnosing layout challenges, and estimating material needs accurately.
- Client Relations: Ability to build strong, professional relationships with property owners, managers, and residents during the renovation process.
- Safety & Mobility: Ability to identify hazards and create effective solutions for a safe work area.
- Credentials: Have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Tools: Possess standard personal hand tools to perform comprehensive remodeling trades. Power tools are provided by the Company.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of residential remodeling or construction industry experience (5+ years preferred).
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using smartphones/tablets
