Nusens USA is a rapidly growing specialty contractor providing Ceiling Containment Systems, Temporary Wall Systems, Dust Containment, and Interior Protection Solutions throughout the United States.

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead installation crews on projects nationwide. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, able to think on their feet, and capable of leading crews in a fast-paced construction environment. Our work is performed primarily indoors in commercial, industrial, healthcare, aviation, manufacturing, and retail facilities.

    Requirements
  • Must speak English (Spanish preferred)
  • OSHA 30 required (or willing to obtain prior to employment)
  • Minimum 3 years of construction leadership or foreman experience
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions in the field
  • Ability to work safely and enforce company safety standards
  • Comfortable working at heights and operating aerial lifts
  • Experience operating scissor lifts and boom lifts
  • Ability to read project drawings and specifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must have U.S Permanent Residency or Citizenship

    Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise installation crews on projects throughout the United States
  • Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules
  • Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
  • Communicate with project managers, customers, and site personnel
  • Train, mentor, and develop installers and crew members
  • Track labor, materials, equipment, and daily production
  • Complete daily reports, safety documentation, and project records
  • Install and oversee the installation of temporary containment systems
  • Report directly to supervisors
  • Experience with Interior Protection Systems NOT required (training in-house)
