Company Description:
JSL Building Restoration Group Inc. is a leader in the building restoration market focusing on all façade and masonry restoration work on commercial, historic, government and hi-rise buildings. We are looking for an experienced professional who works well with a team.
Qualifications and Experience
Construction field experience (preferably restoration experience) OR a combination education, training and/or significant experience in taking projects from initial planning to close-out.
Strong work ethic and desire to work with the team to build the company.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite,
Ability to read, understand and communicate to others, all drawings, specifications, schedules, and other contract documents.
Have a valid Driver's license and reliable transpiration to move to multiple job sites.
Physical Demands
Job duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, ability to climb ladders and be able to be on your feet for long periods of time. Be physically capable of lifting 50lbs.
Responsibilities on site
Overall day-day project management and oversight while providing leadership to entire project team and JSL personnel on site.
Oversee field operations on multiple sites when necessary.
Manage Quality Control on site.
Administrative Responsibilities
Review all sub-contractors contracts, pay applications, change orders and schedules.
Maintain accurate and current job costing throughout project.
Salary Range $80-100k
