Job Summary:
Our retail company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales supervisor to lead our sales team. As a sales supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing sales associates, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and train a team of sales associates
Ensured seamless store opening and closing procedures, including security checks, inventory management, and preparation for customer service
Set and achieve sales goals and targets
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues
Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed correctly
Managing display replenishment, and visual merchandising displays and ensuring the overall appearance of the showroom is neat and inviting for clients
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase sales and improve efficiency
Create and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and traffic
Participate in hiring and onboarding of new sales staff
Leverage Social Media Platforms and email to identify potential customers, build relationships, generate leads, and drive sales by actively engaging with prospects and promoting company products or services through targeted content and interactions online.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership and communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to analyze sales data and use it to improve performance
Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the job
Physical Requirements:
Requires prolonged sitting, standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching.
Frequently lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds, sometimes overhead
