Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Cardiac Advanced Practice Provider to work locum shifts in West Columbia, South Carolina (SC) starting 08/03/2026. The role offers 3-6 months and a competitive market rate.
The Caridac CRNA role:
Location: West Columbia, South Carolina (SC)
Start date: 08/03/2026- Ongoing
Schedule: 4x10s (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)
• 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM day shifts
• Must work full-time every week (no part-time)
• 1 evening call shift per week
• 1 weekend call every 6 weeks
• Block scheduling available
• Acute care hospital, Trauma Level III-IV
• Dedicated cardiac anesthesia team
• CVOR setting with 2-5 cases per day
• 100% cardiac/CT surgery cases (no transplants)
Required Skills and Procedures
EMR: Epic
Requirements:
South Carolina license, active and unrestricted (compact accepted)
NBCRNA required
Minimum 1 year cardiac experience;
ACLS, BLS, PALS required; must be comfortable with open heart cases
