SBSB Law PLLC is a rapidly growing defense law firm with offices in Houston, Dallas, Galveston, Corpus Christi, New Orleans, Chicago, Boca Raton, and Milwaukee.

We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney (3-5 years of experience) to join our Dallas office.

Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters in construction defect and/or personal injury defense.
• Take expert depositions, draft and argue motions, and prepare complex case evaluations.
• Demonstrate strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills while effectively managing client relationships.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team, taking initiative and seeking growth opportunities.
• Show a commitment to excellence, leadership, and continued professional development.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.
• First- or second-chair trial experience a plus.
