Associate Attorney- Southern New Hampshire Law Firm
Our growing Southern New Hampshire law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to become part of our collaborative and supportive team.
The attorney in this role will work on matters involving:
- Family Law
- Estate Planning
- Probate Administration
- Criminal Defense
- Bankruptcy
What You'll Do:
- Guide clients through legal matters from intake through final resolution.
- Appear in New Hampshire Circuit and Superior Courts with mentorship and support from Senior Attorney.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, estate planning instruments, and bankruptcy filings.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication by phone, video conference, and in-person meetings.
- Manage an active caseload while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

- Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire.
