The Bilingual Recruiter will play a crucial role within our Recruitment Team, focusing on sourcing and evaluating entry-level and mid-level candidates across general staffing needs. This position requires effective communication in multiple languages to enhance candidate engagement and to support diverse hiring requirements. The recruiter will leverage various recruitment platforms to ensure a seamless hiring process and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS software
• Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct bilingual screenings to assess candidate suitability and language proficiency
• Create and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates
• Evaluate candidates and manage talent pipelines to meet staffing demands
• Maintain accurate recruitment reporting to track hiring progress and outcomes
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and candidate availability

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in recruitment ( Preffered)
