Coastal Industries, Inc. is hiring CDL A OTR Dry Van Drivers in Jacksonville, FL. Drivers will be delivering Coastal manufactured bathware throughout the lower 48 states. • Annual pay: $85,000+
• Starting 52 CPM, increases with length of service
• Paid practical miles using PC Miler
• Paid hourly for on duty not driving
• Guaranteed weekly minimum pay: $1,300
• Additional pay:
  • Drop pay: $25 for each stop
  • 34 hour on the road restart pay

    • Quarterly safety bonus: 2 CPM for each accident & moving violation free mile driven
    • Clean DOT inspection bonus: $50 per clean inspection

          • Level of Touch: Drivers will often assist with unloading using a handtruck and will need to secure the freight using strapsEquipment

              • Must be at least 23 years of age
              • Must have CDL A license
              • Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
              • No more than 3 DOT recordable accidents in the last 5 years
              • No speeding tickets over 15mph in the last 3 years
              • No reckless driving convictions
              • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
              • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
