Aquatic Trucking, Co. is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Martinsburg, WV. Drivers will be delivering Aquatic manufactured bathware in the northeast, and north central regions. - Annual pay range: $85,000 to $95,000
- Starting 62.5 CPM, increases with length of service
- Paid actual miles
- Guaranteed weekly minimum pay: $1,500
- Additional pay:
- Drop pay: $25 for each stop
- TIN Pay/NYC surcharge: $250 per day

- Driver referral bonus: Referring driver paid 5 CPM for all miles ran by incoming referred driver for first 6 months of employment
- Quarterly safety bonus: 1 CPM for each accident & moving violation free mile driven

- Home time: Home weekends for 34 hour reset & home 1-2 nights during the week
- Schedule: Typically leave out Sunday or Monday and home for reset Friday or Saturday

- Level of Touch: Drivers will often assist with unloading using a handtruck and will need to secure the freight using strapsEquipment

- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- No more than 3 DOT recordable accidents in the last 5 years
- No speeding tickets over 15mph in the last 3 years
- No reckless driving convictions
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
