What You'll Do
Build and manage your own sales pipeline
Make daily outbound calls (warm & cold), emails, and messaging outreach
Develop new business while supporting existing accounts
Use a consultative sales approach to recommend solutions
Close deals and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Track activities and opportunities in CRM (Pipedrive preferred)

Routers, switches, CATV & FTTH solutions (OLT, ONT, ONU)
Video surveillance systems
Fiber optic & low-voltage copper cabling
Structured cabling solutions

Requirements
1+ year of commission-based inside sales experience
Strong communication and closing skills
Comfortable with CRM (PipeDrive), email, and phone-based sales
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Monday-Friday availability, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Reliable transportation
Preferred (Not Required)
Telecom, networking, or low-voltage experience
Cisco or similar certifications
Government or public sector sales experience
