Apartment Maintenance Director

A dynamic, full-time Maintenance Director/Facilities Manager position is available at an outstanding apartment community just 20 minutes east of Cleveland, OH. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent maintenance skills and attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!

The apartment community is market-rate - over 400 units. HVAC Certification Required.

Qualifications for this position include:

• 6+ years of experience in the maintenance field
• Multifamily housing experience preferred
• Overseeing a staff of 4 technicians / managerial skills required
• Make Ready
• Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Carpentry
• Apartment Turns / Work orders
• Honest, loyal, and reliable
