Job Description
General Dentist needed for Tribal Health in MI
Start Date - Dec 8th or ASAP
Lenth of assignment - 3-6 months, with possibility of extension
Staff: 2 Hygienists and 2 DAs
Procedures: Fillings, Extractions, Dentures, Crowns, etc.
Patient volume: 8-10 PPD + some hygiene
Hours/schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30 with half hour lunch
Licensure: A Michigan license is NOT required for this role, just need a state license in general + a DEA
