Ginsburg & Misk is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions and handle matters from inception to trial.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- work closely with Partners to provide clients with the best legal services.
Qualifications:
- 7 -10 years previous experience in commercial litigation with focus on Real Estate litigation such as Partitions, Adverse Possession, Quiet Title and basic business disputes
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
